No. If you’re looking to lease an apartment prior to seeing it in person, we can show you the apartment via FaceTime or Skype. Simply schedule a tour and make this request in the comments section.
HOW LONG CAN I RESERVE AN APARTMENT FOR?
We can hold an apartment for up to 30 days from its availability date.
HOW DO I RESERVE A LOFT APARTMENT?
To reserve a loft, we must have received the following:
1.) Non-refundable $50 application fee + completed online application
2.) Approved credit and background check
3.) 1 month’s rent security deposit (if results from credit check are inconclusive, we may require a deposit worth up to three months' rent)
WHERE DO RESIDENTS PARK?
Parking varies by property, naturally, yet each is beautifully well planned. View the properties for more information.
WHAT'S THE WAITING LIST PROCEDURE?
We give priority notification to those who have completed the online application. Be sure to specify which plan you want and when.
WHAT ARE THE BASIC LEASE TERMS?
You have the option of a 1 or 2 year lease. Most choose a 2-year term in order to lock in the rate for a longer period of time. Should you not provide written notice, your lease will automatically renew for an additional 1-year period at the end of the initial term at a predetermined % increase so that there are never any surprises.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR APPROVAL?
These can be found at the end of our online application. If you do not meet all of these requirements, we can still get you approved with a higher security deposit requirement.
